Union Learn to Row August 2026
The next 2 LTR’s will each run across 3 days.
LTR 1. Mon Tues Weds 10,11,12th August
LTR 2 Mon Tues Weds 17,18,19th August
They will run from 10am – 1pm each day
The cost is £50 for each course.
You will need to be able to swim 100m in light clothing
Our Learn to Row courses for beginners will get you started with the basics of the sport and get you out on the water. Courses are led by qualified coaches with help from club members.
Where you go from there depends on you. Our club is inclusive and welcomes people from all backgrounds and levels of fitness.
We hope that when you have completed the Learn to Row course you will want to become a member of the club. We can discuss training requirements once the course is completed.
Nottingham and Union Rowing Club, established in 1862, is situated on Trentside in Nottingham.
Today’s membership stands around 150 active rowers from Juniors aged 12 through to Adult.
